What do I pay when I purchase a gift card?

You pay the face value of the gift card you select, plus any applicable taxes. There are no hidden fees or service charges added to your purchase.

Are there any additional fees at checkout?

No additional fees are added by us. The price you see is the price you pay, plus:

• Delivery charges: If you've selected physical delivery its £1.75 to cover the 1st class Royal Mail post.

Will I be charged customs or import duties?

Since we sell digital gift cards and e-vouchers, there are typically no customs duties. However, if you're ordering a physical gift card for international delivery, any applicable duties or import taxes will be shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Are there any fees for using my credit card?

No, we don't charge you extra for using your credit card or other payment methods. Your card provider may have their own fees, but we don't add any payment processing charges to your order.

What currency will I be charged in?

Prices are displayed in British Pounds (GBP). Your final charge will appear in GBP, though your bank may convert it to your local currency if you're paying with a foreign card.

Can I get a refund on fees if I return my purchase?

Please refer to our refund policy for details on returns and refunds. Any taxes paid will be refunded according to our standard refund process.
